About Us

Born and bred in Auckland, we have become the city's premium Airbnb management choice for clients wanting to make the most out of their CBD apartments. Founded by property investor Stefan Nikolic after he listed his own apartment on Airbnb for yields of around 11.5%, Zodiak Management has honed and perfected the art of this new form of property investing over time to set the industry benchmark in quality of service provided to both property owners and their guests. Booking.com allows us to actually charge more than what is possible on Airbnb as potential customers’ price expectations are high due to the expensive hotels they compare our listings to on Booking.com. We also list your apartment on TripAdvisor, Expedia, HomeAway, VRBO, and Agoda, as well as having our own booking website for direct bookings, to ensure that our managed listings are seen by as many customers worldwide as possible.
